Able to create and modify procedures to solve complex issues. Seen as a subject matter expert within functional area. Participates in negotiation and collaboration. Skill Set:

Powerpoint and Excel. Ability to take tech-speak and translate for non-technical audience. Familiar with Agile environment and working within Service Level Management environment. Must be able to demonstrate strong writing ability.
