• Building event driven microservices to help integrate different applications
• Will need to build microservices using .Net Core technology that can re-invent images from the que and process the data into 1 or more applications using the integration technologies – API
• They have 1 other Developer in the group – need to add another due to the amount of work that is projected

Top Skills:

• C# .Net Framework – 3 years
• 100% Backend Development – building services or API layer/business layer using C#
• Any experience with API integrations would be heavily preferred
• Developing API based services

Desired skills:
1. 3+ year of experience in developing applications, web services using C#, .NET Framework
2. Strong background in object-oriented development techniques, Solution Design Patterns and Best Practices, e.g. SOA.
3. Having good experience in designing and developing (and integrating with) REST and SOAP based web services.
4. Good understanding of API layers like security, encryption, caching, logging, interception, payload transformations (JSON-JSON, JSON-XML, JSON-SOAP vice versa).

5. Experience with API testing using Postman / SOAPUI /Fiddler or similar tools, general troubleshooting and debugging

Nice to have:

1. Understanding of cloud, event driven architecture (EDA) and microservices

2. .Net core

3. Experience with Jenkins pipeline (CI/CD), Github.

4. Azure or AWS (can be learned on the job)
