 •          Structure and lead complex cross-functional program  

•           Gather and analyze large amounts of information quickly in order to problem solve and drive decision-making effectively

•           7-8 years of experience working directly with engineering teams

•           Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release   schedules

•           5+ years of Lead experience 

•           Excellent oral and written communication skills

•           Experience with leading QA teams in the Mobile and web testing Domain. Knowledge of ADB, Mobile Testing, Xcode is necessary.

•           Experience with a test case management system like Test Rails.

•           Ability to write simple to moderate complexity of SQL code (in order to generate metrics for work tracking) Have good communication skills and be able to collaborate with engineers, managers and other   stakeholder Ability                 to prioritize work assignments and coach and train other team members Previous knowledge of running and participating in audits and reviews of work product is good to have.
