Create custom mapping documents based off knowledge of source & target systems Troubleshoot reported defects to determine root cause and drive to resolution Interact with Business Users, Technical Leads, and Product Owners to determine appropriate data-architecture requirements & prioritize Business needs Support Data Strategy and Operations and understand processes and policies that impact data quality Identify ways to enhance the quality & accuracy of data within a given application Locate & define opportunities for process improvement within existing data structures Analyze the root cause of data quality issues and frame recommendations to improve and scale Salesforce’s data quality. Analyze, draw insights from data and clearly communicate findings Investigate data problems and perform deep-dive analysis to help guide recommendations.

Experience Desired:

Salesforce SaaS platform SQL/Oracle experience Technical skills (SQL, Tableau, PowerBI or similar, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) for mining data, analysis and presentation applications preferred Strong analytical problem-solving skills and the ability to break down problems and analyze large datasets Experience or exposure to Extract/Transform/Load (ETL)  Experience with Agile/Scrum project management methodologies preferred

Location:  AHOC - Try to source local Michigan resources; since a lot of data research in this position; prefer this individual be in Michigan
