Under Governor's and DOL initiative, NYS Department of Labor, Division of Safety and Health License & Certification Unit has passed the Law to require the state to provide Online license permit submission capability for the public Businesses and Individuals who want to apply licenses to do elevator businesses. The licenses will allow the business owners as well as individual business to design, construct, inspect, Maintain and Repair Elevators and Conveyances. By Law, the initial online system has to be alive by end of October this year or early November this year. Time is sensitive.
Duties
- Develop, implement, manage and maintain applications using Microsoft .Net technology in support of Open FOIL.
- Analyze, design and configure changes within the system to incorporate with the OPEN FOIL project team from facilitate agency onboarding to the application (which involves a multi-step/multi-week process.
- Work with BAs, architects and developers to configure and support priority project, working with agency input, application, application training, and release “Go-Live” activities.

- Works in the field of Information Technology, experienced in the usage and support of a collection of development platforms, technical architectures or business applications and products that run on those platforms - beyond that of a Programmer.

- 72 months experience as lead development in developing web-based systems using Microsoft ASP.Net Web Forms and C#, Angular, Node, bootstrap framework, development workflow process using Microsoft ASP.Net (or ASP.Net Core) MVC and design patterns such as MVP, MVVM, Web using MVC core and WEB API.
- 72 months experience in developing SOAP or RESTFUL web service or backend APIs for the Web Systems to integrate and demonstrate technical leadership ability in AngularJS, HTML5, CSS3, and communication with RESTful web services from JavaScript.
- 72 months experience in Microsoft/Oracle technologies of a variety of computer languages, create navigation structures and information designs; construct prototypes, storyboards, and mockups to effectively communicate design to business analysts & enterprise architecture team to include developing a graphic design that effectively communicates the ideas being promoted by the requirements.
- 72 months experience in .NET programming, design patterns, development and implementation of .NET-C#, .NET Core 3.0 Framework, Entity Framework, microservices, LINQ, Angular (v4 to v11), REST web service, SOAP web service, Visual Studio, IIS, TFS, Postman, XUnit, Swagger
- 60 months of experience working in architecture, engineering, design and development services using MongoDB that support all popular programming languages include C, C++, C#, Node.js, Perl, PHP, Python to support modern mobile and web applications with a document-oriented and semi structured database framework.
- 60 months experience to perform gap analysis, design solutions to support growing business needs, help build and maintain design system /pattern library.
- 72 months experience in developing and supporting JavaScript AJAX and C-Sharp Dot Net applications including jQuery including and DOM manipulation
- 72 months experience work with .NET C#/SQLServer/Oracle/jQuery/HTML5/JavaScript/Angular/Boostrap/CSS/C, C++, Java, PHP, Python, Ruby, Scala)
- 60 months experience with Git, well as build systems, write and use automated tests, advance experience with AngularJS
- 72 months experience in database development creating tables, views, complex queries, triggers, procedures and packages and performance tuning in an Oracle database, MSSQL database, Mongo NoSQL Database
