Context:The client is moving from Solarc's RightAngle ETRM system to SAP. ETRM is an enterprise trading risk mgmt systemfor establishing business processes to support the full life cycle for tradingand selling O&G. They are very large ERP systems and very complex andexpensive.
This is a greatopportunity to work for a Fortune 20 (140 yr old) O&G company to providefirst line technical support for their SAP ETRMapplication used for risk and compliance supporting their US, Canada, London,and Singapore operations. They will work directly on a day-to-day basis withthe Commercial IT and ERP Functional Support teams for break/fix issues, systemsupport, design/development of custom interfaces, reports, configurations, andadd-on applications to the core vended-application. This is a highly visibleteam as they provide operational support for the application for Commercialcapital projects. Candidates are expected to have both analytical and technicalexperience in IT application support.
ResponsibilitiesMay Include:
? Provide businesssolutions / technical-based systems support to our Commercial Energy Tradingand Risk Management (ETRM) organization.
? The analyst willsupport the technology, configuration, and architecture of the SAP HVC environment, which includes vendor software,as well as in-house developed configurations, processes, interfaces, and add-onapplications.
Basic/Required:
? Legally authorized towork in the job posting country
? Bachelor's Degree orhigher
? 5 or more years ofdevelopment background and knowledge of SAP ABAP/4,ABAP Objects, S/4HANA, SAP R/3, SAP BW, Fiori, CDS Views, SAPScript, BADIs, BAPIs,RFC, BDC, IDocs, Business Workflow, .NET, and SQL
? Ability/Willingness toprovide day to day 24/7 application support
? Commitment toexcellence in customer service
Preferred:
? Bachelor's Degree orhigher in Information Technology or Computer Sciences or IT related field
? Ability to translatebusiness requirements into technical requirements; manage enhancement/break-fixrequests into our development pipeline
? Prior ETRM supportexperience (Solarc RightAngle, SAP HVC,Allegro)
? Prior development andsupport of risk systems closing processes
? Ability to initiatetasks and demonstrate innovative behavior
? Deep analytical andtechnical experience in IT application support; expertise using relationaldatabases
