·         Expert Database skills in SQL Server

·         Expert requirement analysis and documentation

·         Healthcare a plus, however not required

·         10+ years of relevant experience in a data integration, data warehouse roles

·         TOGAF, IASA or other enterprise architecture framework certification

·         At least 5 years of tech lead experience in a data architect role

·         Proficient and current usage of data modeling tools such as ER Studio

·         Experience with data architecture, data warehousing, and data modeling, within the healthcare sector

·         Experience with creating and maintaining normalized data models for MDM and reference data

·         Experience designing, building, installing, configuring and supporting large data warehouses is a plus

·         Strong understanding of database and data principles, theories, process, and practices

·         Exceptional critical thinking, analytical, conceptual, and problem solving skills

·         Demonstrated aptitude for learning and assimilating new concepts and technologies

·         Able to present ideas, concepts, and strategies in a manner consumable by business stakeholders  

·         Ability to effectively align work with stakeholder priorities and execute in a fast-paced environment

·         Demonstrated team-oriented, collaborative behaviors and competencies

·         Experience with dev/ops, cloud engineering, cloud based database platforms a plus

·         Familiarity with SSIS, SSRS, Tableau, Control-M, GitHub, Power BI

·         Experience in all data and data management roles is a plus

·         Experience with at least one cloud platform, Azure strongly preferred - Synapse, Data Factory, Databricks, Data Stream, ADLS
