•             Must have expertise in Windows Administration, AD, Patch update, MS Exchange, NFS, SharePoint, NAS

Administer (Install, configure & Manage) Windows Servers 2000/2003/2008/2012/2016

•             Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in troubleshooting windows server performance issue

•             Should have hands-on experience in troubleshooting various Windows server setup issues, Windows server boot issues, server recovery issues.

•             Should have working knowledge in Windows Clusters

•             Have knowledge on capturing and reviewing memory dumps, network traces, performance data

•             Have knowledge in using various Tools like, Wireshark/netmon, Perfmon, Poolmon, Procmon, process explorer etc.

•             Should have knowledge in windows PowerShell

•             Administer VMware ESXVSphere infrastructure 

•             Virtual Machine management 

•             Managing and Troubleshooting ESX Servers

•             P2V migrations using tools

•             HA & DRS

•             Virtual Network/Storage Architecture and Connectivity planning

•             VSphere OS Performance tuning & management

•             ESX/VSphere Hardware Upgrade, OS Upgrade

•             Working Knowledge on HP configuration, upgrade, troubleshooting.

•             Working Knowledge on applying SSL certs, troubleshooting.

•             Working Knowledge on Office upgrade and troubleshooting.

•             Strong Knowledge on troubleshooting skills on Windows server & VMware

•             Group Policy administration

•             Basic knowledge on administering active Directory services

•             Strong Knowledge on VMware management tools

•             Knowledge on Remote system administration

•             Troubleshooting the incidents & problems reported on the servers

•             Provide the root cause analysis on the major incidents/problems

•             Monitoring of logs and alerts

•             Patch management and Antivirus Management

•             H/W troubleshooting & Vendor coordination

•             Hardware Firmware & BIOS upgrades

•             Understanding of capacity planning, performance Monitoring and tuning.

•             Hand-on knowledge on various RAID technologies (RAID 0+1, RAID 1, RAID 5 etc.)
