o    CRM Pricing and IPC
o    Partner Processing
o    Actions
o    CRM Events
o    Middleware with ERP using BDoc
o    Integration with SAP FI
o    CRM Billing
o    BRF
o    WebUI Configurations
•    Having Knowledge in Ticketing system (Service Now/ others)
•    Work on Business Queries and Tickets raised by the users 
•    Able to support SAB BATCH Job and troubleshoot the error
•    Ability to understand the BRD and can write test cases and execution of test result for new projects
