- Skill using RDBMS systems such as Oracle & SQL Server
- Knowledge of project management and time management principles
- Skill using configuration management (e.g., DevOps, Serena Version Manager, PVCS) and job scheduling (e.g., Application Manager/AppWorx) tools
- Ability to create software specifications
- Ability to work with business users, members of other application development teams, using various technologies and tools
- Ability to work professionally with vendors & external customers
- Ability to execute effective planning and organization techniques
- Excellent problem solving skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to learn new tools quickly
