Technical/Functional Skills      •    At least 3-4 years of .NET development experience. 
•    Must be hands on experience in Visual Studio .NET Macros 
•    Good Knowledge in SQL Server & Oracle 
•    Able to understand requirements and provide low level and high-level design  
•    Very good experience in developing and debugging techniques 
•    Good understanding of programming methodologies including Agile Scrum 
•    Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills 
•    No remote/must work at client location
