• This role focuses on developing deep knowledge of IT business processes, EMIT ERP solutions, data definitions, data models, and EMIT ERP architecture and roadmaps for ITforEMIT (EMIT as a business). This can include utilization of the processes and tools to support other business applications or foundation infrastructure components; and can also include providing internal support for the processes and tools on behalf of an EMIT Service or broad support for all EMIT users. The job role also focuses on process improvement within and across EMIT services and organizations.
