Customer- Ultragenyx Skills- Veeva CRM, Veeva Promomats, Veeva Lightning Project and Service Management:
· Responsible for the overall IT delivery of the Veeva CRM and Promomats Managed services Program
· Responsible for Ultragenyx stakeholder communications, Governance, status updates and proactive escalations
· Continuously monitor and proactively identify risks elements and develop mitigation plans
· Proactively identify dependencies, challenges, conflicts, risks across teams / people / vendors and bring it to Ultragenyx management attention and enable resolution
· Coordinate with offshore for service delivery including on-call service delivery during service window
· Lead the team and achieve desired outcomes per the defined schedule
· Manage daily / weekly / monthly prioritizations for the team
· Monthly / Quarterly Business Review reporting Technical Delivery:
· Provide resolution for priority 1 and 2 incidents and service requests raised by users in Onshore time
· Provide Subject Matter Expertise to Ultragenyx as well as offshore team on changes and enhancements
· SPoC and also participate in requirements capture meetings and pass on the information offshore
· Provide CoE updates and inform of any upcoming features released by Veeva CRM, PromoMats, and/or Salesforce Team Management
· Manage communications, onboardings, trainings, coordination between offshore-onshore teams Coordinate with Offshore Lead on Monthly / Quarterly Business Review reporting
