Description:
Looking for a dynamic individual with great interpersonal skills who is willing to work in a fast paced, customer-focused environment. 

Key Role & Responsibilities: 
• Advanced expert knowledge on Cisco Routers, layer 3 and layer 2 Switches configuration and administration. 
• Advanced knowledge and experience of WAN Optimization and SD-WAN Products Silver peak, Viptela. 
• Project infrastructure deployment involving in LAN, WAN and SD WAN Technologies 
• In depth knowledge and experience on Cisco IOS and Nexus devices. 
• Expert knowledge on DELL networking products. 
• Troubleshooting and packet level captures to isolate network security related incidents. 
• Hands on experience in configuring and troubleshooting wireless controllers Cisco and Aruba products 
• Configuring access points local and flex connect mode 
• Working Knowledge on Infoblox IPAM tool. 
• In depth knowledge on routing protocols BGP, EIGRP, OSPF. 
• In depth knowledge on STP, RSTP, NHRP, HSRP protocols. 
• In depth knowledge on configuring and troubleshooting DMVPN technology. 
• Good understanding on MPLS, IPSec technologies 
• Providing permanent remediation for affected endpoints in our network environment. 
• Provide daily / weekly / monthly remediation reports to management. 
• Documenting network issues related Incidents with in-depth event logs, RCA and evidence. 
• IOS / firmware upgrade in Cisco, DELL network devices as and when required. 
• Knowledge on monitoring tools like solar winds, Logic monitor 
• Experience in SNOW ticketing tool. 
• Provide weekly / monthly report on network related incidents, project activities to client and management. 
• Update SMTD document as and when there is a change / update in network environment. 
• Troubleshooting of Incidents and Service tickets on network related issues. 
• Implementing network related changes through Change tickets. 
• Involving in daily / weekly / monthly Operations meeting with the management. 
• Experience in handling clients from multiple countries. 
• Excellent communication and written skills.
