- Project planning, monitoring, and also managing and directing the assigned project resources to best meet project objectives
- Manage coordination of the various groups engaged in project work based in delivery locations and onsite/offshore model
- Record and manage project issues, escalating where necessary
- Resolve cross-functional issues at project level
- Manage project scope and change control and escalating issues where necessary
- Monitor project progress and performance
- Manage project training within the defined budget
- Liaison with, and update progress to, project steering board/senior management and stakeholders
- Manage project evaluation and dissemination activities
- Manage budget
- Manage and monitor risk response strategies
- Disseminate project information and maintain communication
- Flexible in be able to work long hours as required
