As a Lead Salesforce Developer,you will provide Salesforce solutions that efficiently and effectively solvecomplex business capabilities and translate business requirements intoSalesforce solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platforms and products.

ACCOUNTABLEFOR:

•                    • Build ourhealthcare products using the Salesforce platform and Health Cloud andExperience Cloud capabilities.

•                    • Manage productdevelopment lifecycles through the Salesforce Security Review process.

•                    • Performdevelopment functions involving visual force, apex, triggers, componentscontrollers, process builder, flow, etc.

•                    • Solidunderstanding of Lightning components and building end-user solutions usingengaging user experience.

•                    • Implementsolutions at end-customers for specific customizations and data integrationwith customer applications.

•                    • Lead and/orassist in requirement analysis, technical design, data modeling, sprintplanning and team management.

•                    • Take ownershipresponsibility of product delivery on time with a predictive schedule andreliability.

SKILLS & EXPERIENCE (REQUIRED):

•                    • Overall 6-7years of experience in which past 3-5 years should have hands-on Salesforcesolution development.

•                    • In-depthunderstanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce platformwith Health Cloud (Sales, Service and Experience).

•                    • Knowledge ofSalesforce Vlocity (Salesforce Industry) experience a definite plus.

•                    • Knowledge of USHealthcare industry a definite plus.

•                    • Experience indeveloping product using Salesforce and AppExchange publishing.

•                    • Should havehands on development experience with Lightning, LWC, Apex (Sync and Async),Visual Force pages design, Triggers etc.

•                    • Defining andmanaging security model and controls. Managing multiple sandbox environments.

•                    • Should havethorough understanding of customization and configuration options (users, rolehierarchy, objects, page layouts, validation rules, record types, ProcessBuilder and Flows etc.)

•                    • IntegrationKnowledge using REST API

•                    • Salesforce.comPlatform developer, Administrator, AppBuilder certification will be an addedadvantage.

•                    • Experienced instakeholder management (senior officials to the agile development team).

•                    • Experiencedworking in onsite/offshore model with one or more agile development teams.

•                    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills.
