10 to 12 years of experience in product development engineering with at least 3 years of Project Portfolio Management experience Should have knowledge on Microsoft technologies (.NET) and JAVA and be able to manage projects with these technologies and be able to have meaningful conversations with the customer and manage client expectations
Should have knowledge of DevSecOps Should be able to plan projects and manage and proactively mitigate risks Should be conversant with Ops related to Project management
Be a good people person and able to influence and motivate teams Technical person with a customer success mindset Very good knowledge and implementation experience in Agile methodologies, DevOps Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills Overlap with offshore team and be flexible to manage production support and releases.
