JOB DETAIL
2 years Banking/Mortgage Services experience.
4 years of experience leading data/advance analytics teams supporting two or more of the following (Bank Controls, Compliance, Risk, Fraud, Operations, Audit).
Experience partnering with IT to execute project using an Agile methodology (e.g., SAFe).
Strong visualization skills; experience with tools/platforms such as Hadoop, Netezza, Snowflake, Salesforce, Tableau, Python, R.
Demonstrated knowledge of various Bank product originations and services (Mortgage, Credit Card, Deposits, Home Equity, etc.).
Ability to successfully lead and affect change in a matrixed work environment.
Strong technical writing, executive-level presentation, and proactive communication skills.
