Position Summary: Visual design and interaction design needs to be a strength
o Need this designer to be senior level. Someone who has worked in Agile and has done enough to know the best practices
o Partnering with research is required for this role so any experience with research or testing is great.
o They will be partnering with NAS Product Owners
o Serafin andEkta will be directly supporting this person day to day.
o This person will be involved on delivering the MVP for the product with a February deadline
o Consumer facing experience would be a nice to have
Day to Day:
Everyone on the product is driving towards the MVP launch in Feb
Roadmap will be prioritized over the next 2 months
This designer might be working on more than one project in the next 6 months
They will be delivering detailed designs and be a part of the Scrum/Agile process to work hand in hand with the dev team to ensure the designs are getting built properly
They have a design system with pre-built components. High level framework has been set now this person will need to design for the details (i.e specific interactions)
