1. Extensive Salesforce Platform Knowledge (Configuration - Admin background)
2. Solid understanding of SDLC, Salesforce releases, deployments, CI/DI,platform updates
3. Environments Management. Ideally, has worked in highly customized CRM orgwith many integrations and Apex development.
Technical Requirements:
- ADM 201 Certified Salesforce Administrator with 4 years Administration experience.
- Good understanding of Salesforce SOQL and sharing and security model.
- Experience in implementing end to end config based solutions including field creation requests, validation rule implementation, workflow implementation, new record types and Approval flows.
- Good understanding of database concepts and data modeling capabilities.
- Demonstrated understanding of the capabilities and constraints of the Salesforce Platform and experience administrating core CRM functionality.
- This role does not require Apex development but will require knowledge of Apex troubleshooting and work directly with developers.
- Demonstrates good judgment in selecting methods and techniques for obtaining solutions.
