- Should know how to configure, manage, backup and tune Couchbase cluster
- Experience supporting development, staging, production and DR workloads
- Experience working in greenfield/planning stages to ensure expectations for NoSQL key storage and retrieval
- Working knowledge on N1QL and API client requests
- Experience in designing Couchbase buckets & backups strategies
- End to end performance tuning of Couchbase clusters
- Develop load scripts, monitor systems, system recovery
- Expertise to suggest optimal data distribution and data partitioning columns
- Participate in Mock/Tabletop Disaster Recovery Exercises
