Job Description

• Basic knowledge of Employee Central
•  Infra validation (terraform code check), VM validation, vuenerabilities ,
• SAP BASIS operations experience (SAP systems installation, admin)
• Good experience in MAXDB administration
• SAP ERP, FRUN, LAMA, Netweaver 7  system monitoring .

 

Check if SOA manager is working (Tcode SOAMANAGER)

Check if saml2 is working (Tcode SAML2)

Validate SICF services, SAML2, hrpy_pcc*, idoc

Validate Target systems in Tcode SCC4

Check Ports and Partner profile (Tcode WE21 and WE20)

Validate Logical systems (Tcode SALE)

Check for scheduled jobs for all items which are starting with 'RP_HRSFEC*'

Check for scheduled job for the report RPTEXTPT (Kronos integration)

Validate access to AL11 Folders

Execute 'RP_HRSFEC_CDB_CHECK' and validate

Test Connectivity between EC in Legacy DC and ECP in Hyperscaler (if applicable)

Validate T77SO settings

Execute 'HRSFEC_PTP_CONFIG' (Select Radio button Ping Employee Central APIs)

Check Wage Type Reporter

Validate the infotypes for an employee (Tcode 'PC00_M02_LINF0')

Verify the Payroll URL in 'Payroll System Assignment'

Verify SAP System configuration in EC

Verify the 'Replication target system' in Manage Data in EC

Verify the Payroll URL in 'Payroll System Configuration' in Manager Data

Check the connectivity to EC from SM59 (ECP_PTP_ODATA_100)

Download the IDP metadata and upload into ECP if the EC url has changed(https:// URL>/idp/samlmetadata?company=<companyID>&cert=sha2)

Enter the Assertion Consumer Service and Single Log-out Service URLs in the IDP configuration in EC Provisioning

Re-establish SSO between EC and ECP and validate

Download the latest x-509 certificate and upload it in the ECP(if oAuth is used)

Verify the ECP URL in 'Payroll Unified Configuration'

Validate SICF service PAYSLIP

Mashups from EC to ECP

Pay Slip Integration

Validate ECP functional configuration (ECP Mapping tables)

Verify PCC, PTP Replication and RP_HRSFEC_EXPORTPAYROLLRESULTS jobs

ECP to BSI for US Tax (If applicable run RPUBTCU0)

Verify Mapping 'HRSFEC_CHK_MAPPING'

Verify Wage type mapping 'HRSFEC_CHK_WAGETYP'

Verify Master Data Report 'PC00_M99_CWTR'

Payroll run simulation and check Payslip in EC

Posting Run Simulation 

Validate Configuration of View clusters

SAP Jobs re-run/release( Need to check with team)

Check SLG1 and Data Replication Monitor logs post jobs release

Release the system for the end users
