Responsibilities
Collaborate with Sales, Product, Pricing & Packaging, Customer Success, Revenue Operations & Finance leaders to translate their desired business outcomes into scalable processes, requirements & solutions
Leverage business knowledge & expertise to identify gaps and recommend process improvements
Facilitate discovery workshops to refine expected business outcomes & align on requirements
Analyze and document requirements.
Influence and gain alignment with key stakeholders on solution implementation
Drive the solution redesign or greenfield implementation of CRM or CPQ applications
Drive business requirements workshop with cross-functional team
Clearly define problem statements, develop solution options, and present recommendations to key stakeholders to drive consensus
Present solution design to executive leadership
Deliver innovative solutions that will scale and reduce our tech debt footprint
Basic Qualifications
10+ years experience implementing CRM applications in high technology/subscription software organizations
Experience in documenting business processes, identifying gaps and process improvements
Experience in Salesforce Sales Cloud, overall salesforce ecosystem is preferred but not mandatory
Experience with enterprise system implementations for global companies.
Expert on Lead to Order business processes
Attention to detail with the ability to analyze and solve complex problems
Experience in working on an agile scrum team
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree or master’s degree in computer science and/or in Business Administration
Creative problem solver
Excellent team player able to work with global cross functional teams
Excellent written & verbal communication skills
