The Data Analyst will work collaboratively with our Data & Information Technology Teams in the development and maintenance of data infrastructure, data analysis, profiling, and other data projects
Collect, clean, and join datasets from diverse sources. Perform duties that pertain to data gathering, storage, processing or analysis, as needed
Write stored procedures, SQL queries, and functions. Perform code reviews and performance tuning and optimization
Interpret the results of data analyses for non-technical audiences
Create the STM documents & FRD documents based on the data mapping requirements
Bridge the gap between requirements and ETL logic by troubleshooting data discrepancies and implementing scalable solutions.
Perform deep-dive data analysis across diverse domains such as data governance, measuring operational efficiency, and optimizing processes
Participates in products roadmap planning, recommending technologies and solutions
Identifies and proposes new opportunities for data integration.

Qualifications:
Required:
5-8 years of IT experience
4+ years of Facets experience
3+ years of Healthcare 
 3+ years of Data Analysis
3+ years of EDW, MDM or Data Governance
Strong SQL Developer: SQL Server, Oracle, Teradata
Familiarity with schema design, query optimization, and data pipeline maintenance
Good understanding of the ETL/ELT and architectural principles of data integration and data warehousing Works with on/offshore teams to insure 'best practice' standards and process
Experience collaborating with a data engineering team
Excellent analytical reasoning, communication, and storytelling skills
Desired
Data Visualization experience, e.g. Looker, Tableau
Working knowledge of programming languages used for data analysis (R, Python, Scala, etc.)

Nice to have skills
