As a SharePoint Developer for Intellinet, you will be responsible for designing and configuring SharePoint solutions as part of a larger team, including M365 migration needs, SharePoint site setups, development of automated workflows, and dashboard reporting. You will be helping create a functional SharePoint site, with an understanding of what can work and exist within GCC High, understanding GCC Best Practices.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and configure SharePoint sites, pages, and web parts.
- Develop SharePoint content following industry and SharePoint best practices.
- Participate in processes concerning the architecture of new applications to meet client needs. Help establish best practices and standards regarding the SharePoint development environment.
- Manage and support SharePoint sites and subsites.
- Assess new and relevant SharePoint technologies.
- Prepare and update SharePoint Services documentation
Needed Competencies & Skills
- Good understanding of how to architect and create using power automate and power apps using best processes
- M365 GCC-H experience
- Intermediate to Expert level SharePoint Development Experience with O365/SharePoint online skills as well as SharePoint development in mid to large enterprise deployments using Microsoft best practices.
- .NET Development background with C#, ASP.NET, VB.NET and ADO.NET. Versatility to develop Applications using .NET.
- In-depth knowledge of SharePoint’s features and how to use them, provide robust solutions
- Able to design and develop a variety of customizations to include:
- Web Parts
- Custom Forms
- Workflows
- Timer Jobs
- Web Templates
- User Interface / Experience Enhancements
- Intermediate to expert level of light development skills pertaining to XML/XSL, CSS, javascript, jQuery and related technologies.
- Understanding of Visual Studio and when to code versus configure a solution with out of the box features.
- Able to support and provide best practices around solution packaging and deployment in both on premises and cloud environments. Familiar with and able to support automated code validation tools such as SPDispose Checker.
- Project Methodology knowledge and experience participating in project settings vs. operations settings along with a fundamental understanding of ITIL/MOF/SOA
- Understanding of Infrastructure technologies as they relate to SharePoint
