- 12+ years of experience of in managing development projects in Java / .Net.
- A degree in Information Systems or Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Well accustomed with technologies in Java / .Net, knowledge of Microservices architecture, DevOps strategies, Knowledge of Azure DevOps.
- Experience in managing projects in Agile Methodologies.
- Minimum of five years’ experience managing technical teams (including subcontractors) across multiple disciplines/functional areas.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office suite including MS Project, Excel, Word and Power Point etc.
- Demonstrated comprehensive experience managing the planning, developing, testing, and implementing of software application changes.
- Demonstrated comprehensive experience using software development lifecycle methodologies in Agile.
- Demonstrated ability to manage staff and vendor partners in a complex IT environment.
- Quality assurance process development and enforcement experience in healthcare payer industry.
- Customer service orientation.
