Responsible for the design and development of medium to highly complex systems. Skills include system design and analysis as well as business skills. Works with data and project managers to understand systems and consults with customers to understand needs. Developments and implements new systems, corrects software errors in existing systems, and works to improve performance through hardware upgrades. Manages computer systems in a business environment and responsible for resolving technical issues. Knowledgeable in programming, data structures, computer systems, and software engineering. Bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or other related field. Ability to manage multiple assignments. Superior written and oral communication skills. 6-10+ years of experience.

JOB DUTIES:
-Work closely with business owners and/or subject matter experts on requirements gathering and design.
-Work on the development and delivery of high quality tested code working closely with a team of other developers across multiple locations and time zones.
-Responsible for code review of other developers.
-Responsible for standing up new platform to deliver the business functionality and also deliver the end to end CICD pipeline.
-Need to work closely with Quality Assurance team to ensure code quality and work on timely delivery of fixes for any defects.
-Need to report status of deliverable on regular basis

MUST HAVE SKILLS:
Senior Microservices Java developer with 5+ years of experience with below:
- AWS - Docker, Kubernetes containerization
-Spring boot framework for systems Integration -Tomcat or Netty
-JDBC, JPA
-Maven/Gradle build tools
-SQL (Cassandra/PostgreSQL)
-DevOps Tool (GIT, Jenkins. JIRA, Ansible)
-Test Driven development - JUnit, Selenium, Soap Sonar

DESIRED SKILLS:
- Experience with Apigee and Eureka is a plus
