Business Analyst

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

Participate in functional requirement gathering and design review meetings.

Create use cases and requirements specifications

Writes detailed description of user needs, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify processes

Develops business processes, models, and performs as a consultant in resolving problems

Provides high level functional analysis, design, integration, documentation, and implementation

Respond to IT teams requests for hands-on assistance within CTMS.

Research analyzes and present best practices to determine the best overall solution.

Analyze data and make recommendations. Identify and implement areas of improvement within the system.

Requirements:

A minimum of five years of experience in the individual’s field of study and specialization with a bachelor's degree in the specific business subject matter is required
Excellent documentation skills
Analytical and conceptual thinking skills
Planning, organizational, and time management skills
Ability to work in a collaborative and individual environment
Excellent written and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications and Core Competencies:

Ability to create and present briefings or demonstrations a plus
Previous, experience supporting CTMS applications
Knowledge and experience with CTMS processes, procedures, technologies, and applications is highly desirable
Experience working on research, health informatics, biology or clinical trialsc.
