- Unix/Linux – Good understanding of Unix/Linux OS commands and scripting
- Oracle & Postgres SQL – Good understanding of simple/complex SQL queries, joins
- Java – Need to be able to troubleshoot the Java application code
- Jenkins/Deployment tools – Need to have basic understanding of the deployment and pipelines
- Splunk & Dynatrace or similar Alerting/Monitoring tools – Good knowledge on alerting/monitoring tools
- ITSM – Good understanding of Change, Incident, Problem and Service requests process
- Mongo – Not mandatory however would be great if they have it
- PCF/Cloud support – Not mandatory would be great if they have it
- ETL - Not mandatory would be great if they have it
