•      8+ years on exp in Capital Markets

•     Act as a single point of contact from Cognizant throughout the engagement, and a single point of escalation and managing team matters

•     Joint ownership with Northern Trust for project initiation, planning, execution and management

•     Interact and coordinate with Northern Trust Project Management Office across the Capital Markets business

•     Facilitate and manage regular Steering and Governance inputs to enable the successful delivery of Capital Markets transformation programs

•     Provide inputs to Northern Trust management for status reports and reviews

•     Provide periodic status report and manage contingencies for Cognizant deliverables

•     Provide oversight, coaching and mentorship to Cognizant teams

•     Ensure timely allocation of  Cognizant resources

•     Facilitate and monitor all Cognizant activities during the engagement

•     Handle any escalations from Northern Trust project managers and SMEs on project issues related to Cognizant deliverables
