JOB DETAIL

Our client, a telecommunications company in Maryland Heights, MO is in need of a Business/Systems Analyst for an initial 12-month contract. The Analyst will be joining a call center technology team and be focused on supporting call routing applications, primarily ASA (Avaya Site Administration). The Analysts will work alongside engineers and developers in an Agile environment, participating in sprint planning meetings, working to resolve tickets sent through Jira, and making appropriate changes and updates to the Avaya call routing system – all while maintaining thorough documentation. The ideal candidate will have an engineering or technical background, and excellent communication and documentation skills.

 

Required Skills:

·         5+ years’ experience as a Business/Systems Analyst or similar

·         Experience working with call routing technologies

·         Hands-on experience working with Avaya Systems Administrator (highly preferred) or a similar Cisco or Genesys technology

·         SQL querying skills through Oracle SQL Developer (preferred) or MS SQL

·         Experience working with ticketing tools (JIRA preferred)

 

Preferred Skills:

·         Previous engineering or development experience

·         Experience working in an Agile environment

·         Cable/Telecom industry experience

·         Experience working with call center technologies, especially core voice and/or IVR
