- 72 months experience developing Business Case documents:
- Gather, organize, analyze, and quantify data about customer needs and requirements, costs/benefits, advantages/disadvantages, technical feasibility of implementing new or changed business solutions, and comparisons of technical solutions.
- Translate customer input into information that can be used to make decisions and support the technical solution.
- 60 months experience working as a Business Analyst on complex projects in a fast-paced environment wherein the team comprises a variety of Stakeholders including Senior Business and IT Management, Business Subject Matter Experts, Vendors and IT resources to understand and negotiate needs and expectations across all.
- 60 months experience in business process modeling for improving business and systems operations in turn identifying innovative ways to increase customer satisfaction. This includes the ability to analyze and synthesize business requirements, including recognizing patterns and conceptualizing processes.
