 Salesforce DevOps Engineer with Strong Copado Background: A hands-on engineer to improve our current CI/CD solution, Copado. Our org has scaled to 60+ developers building features on Salesforce, and it has introduced bottlenecks in our deployment processes. In order to improve our velocity, we are looking for a dedicated engineer to focus on the following:

1. Review current state implementation and update Copado to automate and remove bottlenecks in the process
2. Develop customizations that Copado can not support out of the box
3. Be able to resolve merge conflicts in Git
4. Transition our Salesforce format to SFDX source format

Requirements

1. 2 Years of Copado experience

2. Copado certification

3. Transitioning to SFDX source format

4. Knowledge of SFDX plugins, terminal commands, and local development with VSCode
