Job Description:-

•     Configuring and managing servers of different operating systems, such as Windows or Linux, including installing, fixing issues, and upgrading while implementing enhancements to them to improve performance and reliability.  
•     Design, implement, and manage enterprise system technologies. 
•     Perform Server Build related activities for our global clients.
•     Able to work through Ticketing tools, Phone, Email or Chat as applicable.
•     Adhere to Server Build and implementation processes and guidelines.
•     Escalate issues to project team members, requestor and/or other parties engaged in Server Build process as and when required
•     Creation of documentation, reporting and trend analysis.
•     Ensure notifications to requestors are sent on time and follow-ups are happening as required.
•     Should be willing to participate in non-standard working-time models (e.g. shift, call availability etc...).
•     Be actively involved in automating and improving the already established Server Build processes; provide recommendations to improve the process and procedures and address critical issues and root cause analysis..
