All work products resulting from the project shall be considered "works made for hire" and are the property of the Texas Health and Human Services Commission  and may include pre-selection requirements that potential Vendors (and their Candidates) submit to and satisfy criminal background checks as authorized by Texas law. Texas Health and Human Services Commission will pay no fees for interviews or discussions, which occur during the process of selecting a Candidate(s).

These Workers are part of a new capital department for Consolidated Application Control Environment (CACE) Compliance for the CAPPS Human Capital Management (HCM) department. Develop automated test cases using Selenium or similar. Develop test scripts for both manual and automated testing. Perform manual testing as required. Track test case execution. Establish regular automated schedules of test cases as well as required reporting. Use of Jira to log and track defects. Develop and maintain requirements traceability matrices. Must have experience working in an Agile environment. Support the development team as needed in dev, test, UAT and production and troubleshoot the test cases as required. Lead UAT testing activities as needed.

8 Years Required Automated QA Testing Experience

8 Years Required QA Test Script Creation Experience

8 Years  Required Manual Test Script Execution Experience

8 Years Required QA Automated Test Case Reporting Experience

8 Years Required Requirements Traceability Matrix Creation and Maintenance of Experience

5 Years Required Test Coverage Tool Experience

3 Years Required PeopleSoft or Similar Experience

3 Years Required Java or Similar Experience

3 Years Required Agile. Scrum and Jira Experience

1 Years Required SQL Experience

1 Years Required Jenkins Experience

Preferred (optional):

2 Years Preferred Selenium or Similar Experience
