The.NET developer will be part of an agile development team, buildingand working on enterprise software systems on top of theMicrosoft NET development stack. We are looking for someone who hasexperience working in a fast pace environment and who has handled multiple projectswith different deliverable and due date at the same time.
Theideal candidate will be familiar with the full software design life cycle. Theyshould have experience in designing, coding, testing and consistently managingapplications They should be comfortable coding in a number of languages andhave an ability to test code in order to maintain high-quality code.
Rolesand Responsibilities:
? Workwith marketing team, sales team and product manager to capture and writebusiness requirements and turn them into technical specification fordevelopment team
? Mustbe able to interface with Clients and participate in meetings to providetechnical support
? Mustbe able to manage and push development team to ensure deliverables anddeadlines are met
? Mustbe able to provide estimate time of work based on business requirements andensure that team can deliver
? Guideteam development efforts towards successful project delivery
? Analyzeand resolve technical and application problems
? Assessopportunities for application and process improvement and prepare documentationof rationale to share with team members and other affected parties
? Enhanceexisting systems by analyzing business objectives, preparing an action plan andidentifying areas for modification and improvement
? Maintainexisting software systems by identifying and correcting software defects
? Createtechnical specifications and test plans
? Createnew and extend existing operational documentations
Requirements:
? Utilizeestablished development tools, guidelines and conventions including but notlimited to C#, ASP .Net, ADO.Net, SQL Server 2008/2012, and Entity Framework
? Experiencewith XHTML, JavaScript, AJAX, Visual Studio, Team Foundation Server, and TFSSource Control
? 5 years of experience working as .Net Developer
? Experiencewith .NET Core is a plus
? Proficientwith Microsoft .Net 1.5 development using C#
? Experiencewith web development technologies including ASP.NET, MVC3, EF, HTML,JavaScript, JQuery, AJAX and CSS
? Experiencewith core Microsoft .Net technologies including: WCF, LINQ, and EF
? Experiencewith database development including relational database design, SQL, and ORMtechnologies
? Experiencedesigning and developing enterprise grade software
? Experiencewith source control management systems and deployment environment
? Experiencewith debugging, performance profiling and optimization.
? Comprehensiveunderstanding of object-oriented and service-oriented application developmenttechniques and theories
? Internallymotivated, able to work proficiently both independently and in a teamenvironment
? Strongcommunication skills with both internal team members and external businessstakeholders
