- Experience in working in Agile methodology
- Experience in writing User stories
- Knowledge of Software development lifecycle
- Should be able to conduct interviews with system and business SMEs and able to document the requirement e.g., Interface data definitions
- Should be able to understand system and system documents and able to document in the required format
- Excellent communication skills
- Able to work with business directly and gather requirements
- Able to manage and perform testing , understanding of testing cycle from Test cases preparation to data setup and traceability definition.
- Preferable experience in any fraud management system
- Basic SQL , COBOL skills
- Understanding of components of IT applications
- Experience in any product implementation
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Oversee implementation projects from beginning to completion
- Hands-on experience with JIRA
- Experience is Insurance/reinsurance business is mandatory.
