·         Candidate should have 15+ years of SAP implementation experience in FICO Module. Should have played the role of  Controlling lead in S/4 HANA implementation.   

·         Candidate should have ETO/CTO business knowledge in manufacturing industry.  Candidate should have experience in Product Costing and COPA

·         Should have minimum 2 E2E implementation project experience            

·         Exposure to agile methodology        

·         Ability to interact with the business and conduct business workshops – good communication skills.

·         Ability to plan, manage work stream independently – facilitate workshops, secure approvals from business, maintain minutes, meet quality process requirements

·         Should be a team player    

·         Has skills in Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for the project, and translating these into Business blueprints, system design, functional specifications and system configuration              

·         Excellent Presentation, Communication skills. Should be able to coordinate with offshore
