This positioncontains the following primary functions:

?        Meet with Simple Sign-On team to outline lists ofclients involved in upgrades

?        Analyze reports to determine potential issues thatmay affect the roll-out

?        Provide support to the associates managing theroll-out

?        Meet with clients as required to answer questionsor aid in the implementation of the changes

?        Troubleshoot issues as required and develop fixes

?        Develop processes to improve the strategy

?        Strong PHP skills

?        Strong troubleshooting skills

?        Python

AdditionalRequirements:

?        Strong communication skills; verbal, written andpresentation.

?        Experience with product rollout projects.

?        Expertise with standard software products forproject management including MS Office Suite, Confluence, Jira.

?        Ability to interface effectively with multiplefunctions/organizations to identify and resolve issues.

?        Ability to think and act creatively

?        Ability to handle customer objections tactfully
