•    Overall 4 – 6 yrs (for Jr) and 6 - 8 years (for Sr) of IT experience in CSV / Software Testing
•    2 to 3 years of experience as Validation Analyst/CSV Analyst in Pharma Domain
•    Understanding of overall IT Validation Testing lifecycle in Pharma domain
•    Hands-on exp in the creation of Validation documentation IQ -OQ-PQ, test /validation Script, Test /Validation summary etc.
•    Functional knowledge of various testing types & technologies, Good Documentation Practices
•    Hands-on experience with HP Quality Center /ALM or TOSCA/qTEST 
•    knowledge of GAMP 5, 21 CFR Part 11– Computer Systems Validation and other compliance processes.
