Highlighting a project that they worked on and what they did to contribute. Maybe list 5 of their top skills. Being honest, all of these resumes start to look the same and it’s difficult to decipher out who we want to speak to.
Front-end Qualifications:
- 3+ years of development experience
- 2+ years of professional development work with Angular experience (or similar frameworks, i.e. VueJS)
- CSS Pre-Processors knowledge (SASS, LESS) is required
- Fluency in JavaScript
- Solid understanding of user experience design and concepts
- Solid understanding of Git
- Knowledge of Mocha and Karma testing (or similar)
- Knowledge of Kubernetes and Docker
- Basic understanding of relational databases (SQL) and NoSQL (Mongo DB)
- Proactive Problem-solving skills are required
- Knowledge of software development concepts, methodologies and languages based on academic or job experience.
- Knowledge and application of various software development life-cycles and techniques (e.g., traditional, iterative, agile)
- Strong interpersonal / relationship management skills, able to foster remote working relationships within the team, across IT and with business colleagues
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Insurance and/or finance experience
- AS/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related discipline (Equivalent application programming or development experience may be considered)
Back-end Qualifications:

- Strong understanding of restful API design
- Understating of object-oriented design is required
- Ability to implement unit testing (e.g. JUnit framework)
- Knowledge of application and/or web development concepts and methodologies including languages such as Java, Hibernate and Spring Framework

- Basic to advanced knowledge of relational database concepts and SQL
- Knowledge of software development concepts, methodologies and languages based on academic or job experience.
