             Responsibilities

• Experience in development and deployment of Business Intelligence (BI) solutions with concentration on:

o SAP Business Objects 4.2 and v3.1

• Knowledge of and experience using the Business Objects suite of products, including but not limited to Query Builder, Instance Manager, Web Intelligence Rich Client, Universe Design Tool, Information Design Tool, Promotion Management, Import Wizard, Auditing, and Monitoring

• Good experience using Business Objects to develop reports, dashboards for executives.

• Knowledge and experience in implementing user level and data level securities within SAP Business.

• Knowledge of and experience in design and development of dimensional data models.

• Knowledge of and good understanding in developing banking compliance and regulatory reports.

• Knowledge of and experience developing solutions with Python

• Good understanding of various database platforms, including Oracle.

• Expertise to investigate and resolve issues related to database drivers, Rest API / Web Connectors

• Practical experience of advanced SQL skills

• Utilize Jira “story” or “epic” driven queue of backlog, defects and enhancements and carry out needed actions in a prioritized manner*

• Performing software system design and maintenance and responding to approved Non-Production Requests (NPR); Production Change Management (CM) requests; Incident Management (IM) tickets; Enterprise Information Security (EIS) requests; and Identity Access Management (IAA) requests for support, certification and documentation using technologies including SAP BusinessObjects, Oracle Python, REST Java API;

• Analyzing information to resolve computer specifications and responding to Internal Audit of the Americas (IAA) requests; Patch Management (PM) requests; Network Operations Center (NOC) incident management referrals; end-user requests; and upper management directives including working with other domain experts such as Business Intelligence Analysts/Developers, Database Administrators, Network Engineers, Quality and Performance Engineering specialists and technology vendor representatives;

• Preparing and communicating data security recommendations for BI projects;

• Knowledge of and experience using the Business Objects suite of products, including but not limited to Query Builder, Instance Manager, Web Intelligence Rich Client, Universe Design Tool, Information Design Tool, Promotion Management, Import Wizard, Auditing, and Monitoring

• Superb written and verbal communication and troubleshooting skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team and willing to work well to meet deadlines.

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Information Systems or related field

Preferred Qualifications:

• Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports creation and Business Objects universe design experience

• SQL expertise

• Star Schema and Dimensional modeling experience

• Python and/or .NET development experience related to Business Objects work

• Practical experience in Python development
