Mandatory: This role provides business analysis services to business partners. The focus of this position is to work closely with the stakeholders to gain in-depth understanding of the business strategy, processes, services, roadmap and the context in which the business operates. Identify opportunities to improve efficiency.

Must have experience running agile projects

Must have experience working in JIRA

Responsibilities will include a full range of activities from leading the analysis of small to mid-size projects to assisting project managers on the overall project delivery.

1. Interviewing users, creating process maps and using other means to identify and document root causes of inefficiencies / areas of opportunity. (Defining the problem)

2. Process Design prototyping: creating and rapidly iterating through a series of process prototypes and usability sessions to solicit further feedback.

3. Elicit, analyzes, validates and documents business, organizational, and/or operational requirements and use cases for new processes or application features.

Preferred:

Ability to act as in a project manager role when needed

Experience in Advisory platform requirements

Must Have

Domain Knowledge (wealth mgmt./Asset mgmt.)

Should have worked on large projects

Large programs and platform based programs where integration is required ( Whr Various vendor partner system needs to be integrated)

Worked for client like Morgan Stanley/E-trade/

Schwab

Worked on large integration project
