- 5+ years in an test management role
- Exceptional leadership, time management, facilitation, and organizational skills
- ERP Testing Knowledge specific to Manufacturing Domain is preferred
- Experience in test management of version upgrade projects
- Work closely with project sponsor, cross-functional teams to plan and develop test strategy and test cases
- Co-Ordinate with cross-functional teams and external vendors
- Work with program manager to identify risks and opportunities
- Analyze, evaluate and overcome risks to produce test reports for management and stakeholders
Preferred Certifications - ISTQB, Selenium, Agile methodology
