Resource should have worked in Supporting Oracle Applications R12
Should have excellent communication skills
Should be willing to take responsibility and resolve tickets within SLA timelines
Should have knowledge of SQL and data fix scripts
Should be a team player
Should be able to provide guidance and functional support to technical team
