Most of the profiles are pure BW profile where as the requirement is for BW-IP + BW. BW-IP skillset is missing in most of the profiles.
Please share profiles as per the skills requested BW IP – Integrated planning in BW. There is IP on BPC as well but we need BWIP. Please share suitable profiles 
 Able to work independently in BW_IP as well as BW on HANA.
Should have good communication skill .
Need to understand business process and convert them into technical specification.
