-              Test management experience of minimum 2 years is a MUST

-              Experience defining Test strategies, Test plan , Reporting and managing risks is MUST

-              Testing experience in AWS Cloud applications, File validations and API Testing is MUST

-              Experience leading a test team and hands-on manual testing & automation testing is MUST

-              HealthCare Domain knowledge is a MUST

-              Work experience in a highly collaborative work environment/ project is a MUST

-              Good verbal and non-verbal communication is a MUST

-              Awareness on tools like JIRA, Confluence, qTest  would be added advantage

-              Work experience in Anthem and or IngenioRX landscape is most preferred
