- Bachelor’s degree or four or more years of work experience.
- 8 or more years of relevant work experience.
- Experience as a Business / Systems Analyst in a large applications team.
- JIRA Story grooming and release planning experience, creation of dashboards, etc.
Even better if you have:
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science/Information Systems or equivalent.
- Hands on experience to Agile Software Methodologies; Scrum certified or any Agile certification.
- Experience with applications written in Java / J2EE / web based applications.
- Retail store experience / knowledge of point of sale applications.
- Experience with Clarity, Confluence, and G Suite.
- Good project management and analytical skills.
- Strong business knowledge and interpersonal skills.
- Some knowledge of applicable methodologies, tools, standards, and procedures.
- Willing to learn new technologies/systems.
- Strong organizational and problem solving abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
