UST Global® is looking for a highly energetic and collaborative Business Analyst with experience in enterprise data projects around Business and IT operations. The ideal candidate should have In-depth understanding of how to leverage customer journey maps, capability maps, and process analysis to deliver business and IT strategy. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to liaise with technologists and Management executives is key to be successful in this role.
 As a Business Analyst at UST Global, this is your opportunity to
 Gather and analyze data for potential business expansion
Define project scope and schedule while focusing on regular and timely delivery of value;
 Organize and lead project status and working meetings;
 Prepare and distribute progress reports;
 Implementing FHIR conformance, Profiles, Code systems implementation
Designing Architecture from the FHIR Implementation guide
Collaborating with technical architects and developers to develop overall solutions following FHIR standard implementation
Training implementers/developers on industry standards and mentors them to strategic goals
Implementing Capability Statement, Search Parameters
Working with healthcare standard formats HL7 v2 & C-CDA
Test business processes and recommend improvements
API development
You bring:
·        A Bachelors’ degree in a business or technical area of study
·        Good communication skills are critical for this role to interact with various stakeholders
