Team management skills in onshore-offshore model.
Prior experience of Client interfacing
Ability to communicate and understand the business requirements with client Should be able to interact with multiple stake holders Should be able to send Monthly, weekly and quarterly reports and present the data to the client Should be able to effectively interact with offshore Devs and Onsite Devs and get the work completed Should be able to identify risks and issues at an early stage and propose mitigation plan Should be able to Demo the requirement7. Should manage all client asks
